Staying within Pfizer’s brand guidelines we had to create a visual representation that communicated the essence of the service 1800 PFIZER, a source of information and support, it is a company having a conversation with its clients. The brand was to incorporate a logo, tagline ‘Your Practice, Your Time’ and some examples of how Pfizer could use the in design pieces.
Pfizer’s strict brand guidelines dictated the parameters of the project scope. The most versatile aspect of the guidelines were the use of dotted illustrations. Rather than use a simple icon which represented the action, for instance a phone, we concentrated on the universal approach of a speech bubble to create a visual representation which embodied all aspects of the service.
